Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email, and we may contact you if an item is unavailable or if something about a personalisation needs checking.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
Your content and personalisation
Photos, names and messages you upload are used solely to produce your order. We do not sell them or use them in advertising without your permission. Please only upload content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or offensive — we may decline an order that breaches this and will refund it in full.
What we collect
Order details: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can make and deliver your order and provide support.
Uploaded files: images and text you supply for personalisation.
Usage data: basic analytics and advertising measurement, including the Meta pixel, which helps us understand how the site is used and how our ads perform.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with our delivery partners (to deliver your order) and our payment provider (to take payment). We do not sell your personal data.
Keeping and removing data
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and support. To ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email orders@prezzy.in and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working and to measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
